The villas and apartments here are from Ayia Napa, Protaras and the Fig Tree Bay Cape Greko areas and are for holiday rental in the main. We do some long term lets in the winter but generally there are for rental periods of a week to a month. The prices we offer are not per person (unless otherwise stated) but are for the villa or apartment and shown on a weekly and daily basis. We are about as flexible as a holiday company can be, we do not demand that you arrive on a Wednesday, we arrange your holiday to suit you, we will help you get the best flight prices there are in conjunction with our sister company www.cyprus-holidays.com or if you prefer to arrive by ferry, we can arrange this too. Ayia Napa and Protaras are where the beaches are sandy, the sea a lovely deep azure, and the nightlife of Ayia Napa is relentless. Ayia Napa itself is a hub of activity and not really the place if you want a quiet tranquil holiday. Protaras however is more laid back. Paralimni nearby has also become a part almost of Protaras and Ayia Thekla on the other side of Agia Napa has grown incredibly fast over the last few years to become a part of the greater conurbation of Napa central. If you are attending a function or need to be near somewhere specific, ask our advice, we aim to help make your holiday in Cyprus the best you have ever had anywhere.
